HORRIBLE customer service. Called to get assistance in electrical problem that left us with no electricity in whole side of our house - took 2 days to even return our call and then said "I'll call you next week some time to say if I have time" NEVER called back - 10 days without electricity. Can't tell me this business doesn't keep even an informal schedule they can refer to so they can propose a date/time in the future. Nope - I would give ZERO stars if I could for customer service - if this is how they treat a potential customer with money to pay for a service, how are they once you actually have them at the house? Can't imagine anyone making money that way. Called another local electrician who said "Be right out in the morning." Even if they had said they couldn't come till Tuesday at 2pm - it's the professional way to do it. THAT's how it's done.
